We provide printed manuals, installation videos and online technical guidance for self-installation. We do not send technicians overseas or offer overseas on-site installation services.

Our products can be installed and used in hot weather. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help reduce fabric and plastic aging, and follow the care and use instructions for your model.

Our products can be installed and used in cold weather. In extremely low temperatures, handle ISOFIX connectors gently and follow the instructions supplied with your model.

Our company FAQ lists ECE R129 i-Size certification for the child car seat range, together with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BSCI factory audit documentation. Please confirm the applicable model documentation with our team for your order.

Our collection includes models for height ranges of 40–87 cm, 40–150 cm, 76–150 cm, 100–150 cm and 125–150 cm. The range covers different stages from infancy to older childhood. Select a seat according to its approved height range and the model-specific instructions.

Yes, each product comes with multi-language printed installation manual. Digital PDF manuals and installation video files are also available.

For standard ODM / custom-design projects, we can deliver preliminary design proposals within 7-10 working days after receiving your detailed requirements.

Each unit is packed with inner foam protection plus individual color gift box, then loaded into export cartons. Custom-printed packaging is acceptable for OEM orders.

Customization is available within ECE R129 i-Size regulatory limits. Any dimension change shall not violate certification requirements.

OEM & ODM services are both available. We support custom logo, box design, fabric selection according to customer requirements.

Sorry, we cannot accept this arrangement. We only receive payment for our own WEGRO product orders, and do not handle third-party payment agency service.

We support consolidated container loading. Goods from other suppliers can be delivered to our factory warehouse. Please inform us in advance for space scheduling and management fee confirmation.

Our Spring-Festival holiday normally lasts around 2-3 weeks. Exact holiday dates will be announced 1-2 months in advance. Production & delivery will be suspended during holiday period.

Yes, we can deliver goods to your designated warehouse in Guangzhou. Domestic logistics cost will be calculated separately.

The company FAQ gives an approximate flight time of two hours from Guangzhou to Ningbo and around 3–5 days for domestic express freight. Actual schedules and transit times vary.

Samples are available. Sample cost will be charged, and sample fee can be deducted from future bulk orders.

Our stated terms are a 10–15% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance paid before shipment. Open-account (OA) credit terms are not accepted.

The minimum order quantity depends on the model and packaging requirements. The standard MOQ is one 20-foot general-purpose container (1 × 20GP). Smaller trial orders can be discussed.

The usual lead time is 30–45 working days after receipt of the deposit, depending on order quantity and material scheduling.

Our factory and head office are located in Ningbo, Zhejiang. We do not have independent offices in Shanghai or Guangzhou. You are welcome to visit our Ningbo factory directly.

We are a direct manufacturer. We own blow-molding & injection-molding workshop, sewing workshop, assembly lines and stereoscopic warehouse in Ningbo.

We have multiple automatic & semi-automatic assembly lines, together with independent sewing and blow-injection molding workshops.

Sales targets will be discussed case-by-case based on target market, territory protection and local market potential. There is no fixed unified sales volume requirement for new distributors.
